onsite  Phase

week 1  -

The first week was dedicated to the initial preparation of the site. This included establishing the site infrastructure, with the supply and installation of a welfare unit for staff use. To secure the perimeter, Heras fencing was erected around the site. Additionally, surface-mounted foundation pads were laid, providing a solid base for the upcoming construction works and ensuring the site was ready for the next phase of work.

week 2  -

During the second week, significant groundwork was carried out. A total of 180 meters of trenching was completed to install the mains incoming supply. In addition, 20 meters of hard dig trenching was undertaken to accommodate ducting for low voltage services, ensuring power would be supplied to the site as required. To facilitate movement around the site and protect the ground, temporary trackway was supplied and laid, ensuring safe access for machinery and personnel.

week 3  -

In the third week, key utility installations took place. The mains cold water supply was connected to the site, allowing for essential water services. At the same time, foul drainage connections were established, ensuring proper waste management on site. A vermin skirting was also installed around the perimeter of the site to prevent rodents and pests from entering the area, maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, building control inspections were carried out and signed off, ensuring all work met the required standards and regulations.

week 4  -

The final week focused on site reinstatement and finishing tasks. This included road sweeping to remove any debris and ensure the site was tidy. The fencing was repaired where necessary to maintain site security. Tarmac was laid over the trenched areas to restore the surface and ensure it was safe for future use. Finally, the Heras fencing and welfare unit were removed, marking the completion of the construction works.
